The Fairley family kept Paul's orginal molds and, as some works had not sold their edition limits, has launched this website in his memory and to try to get those remaining numbered casts into the hands of collectors who love the luxury of scultpture.

The lost-wax process is a method of casting in which molten metal is poured into a mold created from a wax model. Once the mold is made, the wax model is melted and drained away. Paul and his foundry collaborators were modern masters of this traditional process.

Paul Fairley's work has been exhibited in over 80 galleries throughout the continental United States, Western Europe, and Hawaii. His work is represented in important private and corporate collections in both Canada and the United States.

These casts are prepared by the artisans at the Artcast foundry in Georgetown Ontario who originally worked with Paul. The casting process takes roughly a month, and the payment schedule is phased over this period.
